This Privacy Policy explains how Virgo Development ("Virgo Development," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the Center for Scaling website, community, resources, and related services (collectively, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in a few different ways:

• Information you provide directly. When you fill out a form on the Site — for example, to take the Scaling Assessment, join the community, book a demo, or subscribe to the newsletter — we collect the information you submit, which may include your name, email address, and details about your practice, such as your profession, years of experience, or practice size.
• Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information about your device and how you use the Site, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits.
• Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site. See Section 3 below for more detail.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and its content
• Provide the resources, tools, and community features you request, including the results of the Scaling Assessment
• Communicate with you, including responding to inquiries and sending newsletters or updates you have opted into
• Understand how the Site is used so we can improve its content and design
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity
• Comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Use

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including those provided by our marketing and forms platform, HubSpot, to recognize your browser, remember information about your visit, and understand aggregate usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them, though doing so may affect how parts of the Site function. The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. We use third-party vendors, such as HubSpot, to host forms, manage communications, and support the operation of the Site. These providers process information on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using it for any other purpose.
• Affiliated brands. Center for Scaling, Next Level, and ParadeSmart are all affiliated with Virgo Development. Where relevant to a recommendation or referral — for example, if you express interest in Next Level — we may share limited information with that affiliated brand so they can follow up with you directly.
• Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or respond to a government request.
• Business transfers. If Virgo Development is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so except where we are required or permitted to retain it for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which can include the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the information we hold about you, and the right to opt out of marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails, or by contacting us using the information in Section 10. We will respond to legitimate requests in accordance with applicable law.

7. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for use by professional coaches, therapists, and counselors, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete it.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites, including Next Level and ParadeSmart, as well as external resources referenced in our content. This Policy does not apply to those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
